Please read these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the K-rystal Ball website (www.k-rystalball.com) or subscription service (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

K-rystal Ball provides a subscription-based MLB betting information service powered by proprietary sabermetric modeling and Statcast data. The Service is intended as an informational and analytical tool only. It does not constitute financial advice, gambling advice, or any guarantee of betting outcomes.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 21 years of age, or the legal age for sports betting in your jurisdiction (whichever is greater), to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that sports betting is legal in your jurisdiction. You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with all applicable local, state, federal, and international laws.

3. No Guarantee of Profits — IMPORTANT

K-rystal Ball makes no representations, warranties, or guarantees of any kind regarding betting outcomes, profitability, or financial results. Past performance of the model, including any results displayed on the Site, backtesting results, or historical win rates, does not guarantee future results.

SPORTS BETTING IS INHERENTLY RISKY. YOU MAY LOSE MONEY. K-RYSTAL BALL IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY BETTING LOSSES, FINANCIAL LOSSES, OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE OR YOUR BETTING DECISIONS. ALL BETTING DECISIONS ARE MADE SOLELY AT YOUR OWN RISK AND DISCRETION.

4. No Liability for Losses

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, K-rystal Ball, its owner(s), and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to betting losses, lost profits, or financial harm arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

5. For Informational Purposes Only

The predictions, probabilities, edge calculations, and all other outputs provided by the Service are for informational and entertainment purposes only. Nothing on the Site or within the Service constitutes a recommendation to place any specific bet. You are solely responsible for your own betting decisions.

6. No Affiliation with Sportsbooks or MLB

K-rystal Ball is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any sportsbook, including but not limited to FanDuel, DraftKings, Caesars Sportsbook, Bet365, or theScore Bet. K-rystal Ball is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Major League Baseball, any MLB team, or any player or player association. Sportsbook logos displayed on the Site are used solely to indicate compatibility and availability of the relevant betting markets and do not imply any partnership or endorsement.

7. Subscription and Payment

Access to the Service requires a paid subscription. Subscription fees, billing cycles, and available plans are described on the Site and are subject to change. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on the applicable recurring basis.

Subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Unless otherwise stated, cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods except where required by applicable law.

8. Free Trial

Where a free trial is offered, it is available to new subscribers only. We reserve the right to determine eligibility for free trial offers and to discontinue free trials at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, models, methodologies, software, and materials available through the Service are the exclusive property of K-rystal Ball and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our express written permission.

10. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

– Share your account credentials or subscription access with any other person

– Reproduce or redistribute the Service’s outputs for commercial purposes

– Attempt to reverse engineer or replicate the underlying predictive model

– Use the Service in any jurisdiction where sports betting is illegal

– Use the Service in any manner that violates applicable law

11. Responsible Gambling

K-rystal Ball encourages responsible gambling. If you or someone you know has a gambling problem, please seek help. Resources include the National Problem Gambling Helpline at 1-800-522-4700 (available 24/7) and www.ncpgambling.org.

12. Modifications to the Service and Terms

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time without notice. We also reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Vermont, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
